Had a lovely dinner last night at the Boston Science Center with Wolfgang Puck Catering: layered salad of beets, chevre and spring greens followed by a lovely, perfect salmon steak. Dessert was a nice variation of a black forest cake in a dark chocolate shell. YUMMY - but too hard to record on my food log for yesterday. I'm trying not to be so incredibly anal (i.e. beating myself up if I don't log my food). I want to be disciplined and focused about my EATING - not my tracking. Fatsecret is a MEANS to an end... not the end itself. It's a tool. Like Quicken. Hmmm...
