I may still be fat and not have the best body, but I am beginning to see the difference already! 42 lbs. down and my stomach isn't as round as it was and that spare tire isn't as plump!

I found that 50 pounds was where I first saw a difference in my body and when people actually commented on it. Good for you. 42 pounds is quite an accomplishment.
