This is a good start - first week of my Body Revolution I managed to get up every morning and excersise, the diet is not for me, since I really don't like to kind a food she recommends, but I keep my calorie intake at 1200.

Congrats! I agree that, in general, diet should first of all be limited by calories intake. Avoiding too fatty food is a common sense. Just make sure you get enough protein and the % doesn't fall below 15% of the daily ration. And never cut on the whole group of nutrition elements: that's quite a stress to the body and not effective in the long-run. :)
