I’ve absolutely gone off the rails with eating. It was hard to make myself face the damage done but I need to be accountable. Anxiety leads to stress eating and I acknowledge that this is a life long struggle.

Just don't make eating itself a stressor. A little relaxation and regression here and there, no big deal. Always just start where you are. You're doing fine. (And even bodybuilders cycle their calories. You were just in a building phase. Now back to cutting.) :p

I fell off the "diet wagon", too! Let's just get back on track as soon as possible. We can do this! :)

Thanks everyone. Struggling with an eating disorder makes some days challenging! Mindfulness has helped a lot. I go back to oncology soon and I expect that is s but if my source for the anxiety! Better days ahead my friends!

Lisadawnman, want to join Liv Lite and me doing our "Maximum Effort" until her next weigh in on June 17? Thinking this could be a good way to get excited about weigh loss, staying on track. Crossing fingers :)

Can I join you guys in max effort? That sounds motivating! I’m pushing to lose at least a couple more lbs before my husband and I head to the UK for three weeks this summer ☺️

Anyone can join in! Rather impromptu and informal: Monday weigh-ins since works with my June 17 original post and April's July 1st wedding. No rules: just what can you accomplish in the week with MAX effort? We'll be cheering you on!!!! Welcome to the Max Effort (ME) Cheer Club!

Sooooo guys....it was a father’s day weekend eat fest. I did reasonably well but I ended up with a .2 pound GAIN! I have to admit that I’m struggling to stay on track with all the events every week.

I also had a .4 gain after the weekend but I stayed on track so I think it’s from my workout yesterday. Oh well let’s stay strong as we keep it up! 💪🏻
