Woke at 235.2, up 1.8 from yesterday. Networking breakfast and lunch at a speaking event today. UPDATE: Ate lunch and a small plate at happy hour. Came home at 235.4, so the waking weight is the low. Business lunch and another happy hour tomorrow. I plan to fast throughout the weekend.
