Wow. I was putting together the meal I made for dinner last night, and I knew it was gonna be bad, but it was BAD (it tasted GREAT but in terms of calories and WW points it was BAD). I wanted to make a fancier meal for me and my boyfriend last night, now that I'm living doing the post-grad unemployed live at home arrangement I have little opportunity to cook for him--which I enjoy. The meal turned out great, but was definitely high in fat and calories and accompanied with a couple of glasses of wine. and now, I have to figure out a way to keep myself on track and shoot for lower points within the next few days. Hopefully that will work.

Actually, sometimes having a high calorie, higher fat content meal, can help us lose more. Why? I don't know. But here's hoping you have a great weigh-in.
