Today was a great day for walking! I did my Walk Away the Pounds - 3 Miles DVD, jumped on my mini trampouline for 5 minutes, and did some strength training for 7 minutes.
On Friday, a few of my associates at work tried very hard to persuade me to go out with them for lunch to a West Indian Restaurant (jerk chicken, stewed chicken, oxtails, peas and rice, etc. - foods I really enjoy eating), but I told them "NO"! Can't do it! When they returned with their food, my mouth started to water. Everything smelled delicious, so I took a good sniff in the air, and then I walked away! I'm so proud of myself! In the past, I would have gone with them in a heartbeat. No question about it!!! But today is a new day; I'm on a mission and plan to stay on track. STAY STRONG LADIES!!! :-)
