It's so cool that you detail your workout for us. When I start at the gym, I'll have routines all set up, already. :)

Yes!! Air conditioning!! That will be great for you. 😃 I’d never move a muscle if I’d have to do it in the heat.

Chris I actually looked back on my journal entries last year and I weight 183#! I was working out but I was terrified of going into the “weight room” at the gym. Now I’m 153 and spend 95% of my gym time on weights 😄😄😄

Also thank god for keto and fasting. I wouldn’t have reached this goal without it. Whenever I get out of control, keto is my safety net 👍

Yup KETO IS MY SAFETY NET! Crazy, and I’ve not decided yet if it’s completely healthy, but one thing, I know, I have control if I go there! And, I like to focus on other than saturated fats...olive oil has less saturated fats than coconut...

You’re doing so well! And you’ve been an inspiration for me. Off to the weight room this afternoon with my husband. And now I halfway know what I’m doing thanks to you all! 😊🎈

I actually feel like keto is super healthy as long as you aren’t eating a ton of processed meats, processed snacks, and fake sugars. I actually miss it but enjoy eating garbage (🍕🍦🧁🍫) too much to switch back 😅😅
