Holding steady...I soooo want to get below the 150 mark! Took my walk this morning and donned my new size 12 outfit when I went to church. People gave me such nice compliments about how good I look...:)

68.5 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg. Still to go: 7.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
