Well I think that I'll not do a 4th day of the fat fast. It didn't do anything. I feel like I'm retaining a ton of water......I'm still backed up. I am really dissapointed. It's not easy doing this fast and to have absolutly no results just feels crappy. Well I guess I'll just try to let my body do what ever it is that it's doing and realize that I am doing all I can. TOM is coming in about 1-1.5 weeks. In the last few months I have lost the week before but I'm not counting on that this month.. i have 4 days until my next goal and I don't think I'm going to make it. This would be the first month that I did not make it to goal and the first montht that I did not lose 5 lbs. I guess I had to slow down sometime. But when I didn't change anything and suddenly someone stepped on the breaks. I guess I'll have to push to make these last 12 lbs. I REALLY need to start working out and toning up.
