Hot,humid,sultry LOL

Went shopping bought some wonderful fresh veggies. Its a lot easier with
my protein coming from Omaha Steak at least my fish, poultry, pork etc

This new system has allowed to me view a bald eagles nest located in
BC,its the Hornby Island Eagle Nest.

They apparently had one eaglet who is almost ready to fledge but not
quite yet,so I will enjoy while I can.Its very windy there yesterday
and today.Saw both parents fly in one had a snake, stomp it,then the eaglet watched it flip around the nest for a bit.Parents showed the baby how to tear it apart,I do believe its a female but can't quite see
the beak to eye to good where they judge male or female.

Going to try a few recipes I came across yesterday. One is Liza's Angel
food souffles off the Linda low carb site plus Jen's Mock Angel Food
cake, this is from the lowcarbcafe site. I'll let you know how they
taste.Sometimes I blew the recipe by not making it right for some
reason, specially these dessert types, maybe my sub brain is telling me
something.

Well thats about it for today, have chores to catch up with, out all morning shopping

Have a great day with loads of success.Hello to my buddies who I will
catch up with in do time.

Hot,humid, sultry? I had to read on, sounded like the beginning of one of those romance novels. Had to turn the A/C down. Should've known.... Good afternoon sunshine! Yes, it's quite humid here. Really looking forward to the storm and some cooler weather. The thing I haven't been able to master is this freaky weather. Anyone who has lived here longer than a minute can look into the sky, tell ya it's gonna rain in about 5 mins and can even tell you for how long. I've been here 7 year and still don't have a clue when to wash the car, what shoes to wear for the day, or my fav- when it's safe to take a long ass walk. It always hits me by surprise.

MAry Ellen, that is funny. I as just thinking about angle food cake, and strawberries with whipped cream yesterday. Please let me know if it is any good. I might jut give it a whirl. I made the raspberry cheesecake bars yesterday, but I also made a batch with lemon jello and swirled them together and put them in a pie pan, for a lemon raspberry cheesecake. MMMMM Good! Have fun watching your eaglet!! Let us know when she fledges!!
