I think we all have a little extra through the middle so no shaming 😉. To me it looks like you’ve put a LOT of effort into your arms and shoulders and I can see progress in your pecs. You should be proud of your progress! (And keep in mind that the stomach area is super hard to lose for men and women both. It can be done but it won’t happen as quickly as other areas generally.)

we don't shame here, the only ones that come to shame are not really here to lose weight and have support but to criticize... you know internet trolls, they are everywhere. I had no idea how many miserable people there were in the world until the ambiguity of the internet arrived, actually pretty sad.
