My May 29th workout: 5 minute jog Lat pull 60 at 40# Tricep press 30 at 30# Incline press 20 at 15# Squats 20 Double crunches 40 Windshield wipers(yea its a thing lol) 15 Alternating twist crunch 100 Double crunches 20 Single crunches 50 Squats 70 Hip abduction 100 at 50# Hip adduction 45 at 50#, 50 at 30# about 50 minutes (So I posted this last night but of course my app doesn't work anymore :( None of my post show up or take several hours at best.) I didn't want to go to the gym but I'm so glad I did. It did keep me up though. I've been getting up really early so I miss the sleep :/ I'm going to try to make it in tomorrow morning too since I don't go to work till 8 but only if I naturally wake up at 4:30ish. That's what time I've been waking up :(

I do windshield wipers too! 😉 when you say 60 at 40# is that all at once or broken up into 3 sets of 20? Shoulder pain gone I hope!!

Somethings I do all at once but most I do in sets. I’ll start high and then taper off as I get tired. My shoulder is all better. Now my knee is acting up. Did the squats 10 at a time lol 😆

I swear if I make it to the gym this weekend it will be because I will wake up on Saturday thinking "If I don't post that I made it to the gym @CrashtestDawnie is going to start to laugh at me and ask *me* when was the last time *I* did a squat" 😜
