Down a bit, but I'll check my weight tomorrow before recording. Worked out for a long time - did cardio max 1 & 2 (5 min. warm-up + 30 min. workout), then did Jillian's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD (55 min. with warm-up) and 5 min. more of one circuit of hip/butt/outer thigh, and dead leg lifts. So just over an hour and a half of working out :) Then I started putting crap away all over the downstairs, so didn't stop moving until now, putting my burn at over 1,000 calories over the last four hours. At 2:30, I'm aat 9,600 steps, and have burned 1800 calories so far. Should be a good calorie burn day. Think I'll go relax in the pool for a bit before showering and taking care of other things around the house.
