I am starting to want to keep moving, I have to walk or do some type of workout twice a day I have a Versa Lite Fitbit that help keep me moving I have an app that reminds me to drink water. Focus, focus, is my key...I enjoyed walking and looking at the Memorial Day Parade in my town.
