Been having problems for over a week :( My workout: May 25 run .25 mile Lat Pull 50 at 40# Tricep press 20 at 30# Incline press 20 at 30# Chest press 20 at 20# Dumb bells 50 at 8# 50 double crunches 100 alternating twist crunch stretches about 40 minutes My shoulder is still tight so I tried to take it easy.
