I guess I should start keeping this up daily. Got in a 4 mile walk this morning with my friend. She joins me on Monday and Friday mornings for walks. I'm doing good on points this week and getting in my water. I weigh in on Mondays, so I'm looking for a loss. I'm happy with anything, as long as the scale is going down. I've joined 2 biggest loser challenges so that helps to keep me on track with everything. I'm so ready for this weight to come off once and for all!!!! :)
