Don’t understand how I haven’t lost a pound ! Been on 1200 cals and couch to 5k ! Help.

your not eating enough so your body is hanging onto fat and muscle will be going your metabolism needs to be activated to start burning fat a good cal number for women is 1500 and Men 2000 but you must get your macro balance right the internet will give you bags if help to do this good luck
