soo the alcohol is really messing up my intake, butttttt i got on the scale today and it said 113.. i guess the alcohol last night didn't do any damage.. [to my liver maybe, but not my diet]
i always add the alcohol from the night before to the next day so i account for it, but as you see, going out to lunch with the BFF really did me in..
i'm not too worried about it though, my EVIL scale, that weighs heavier than my doctors office and every other scale i've been on, says 113.. i'm supposed to shoot for a swimwear company soon, i think 5 more pounds and i'll be set :) ..especially considering my scale is a couple pounds off
