🤭 wow okay I know I decided not to weigh in too often because I didn’t want to cut calories too low but ughhh I think I need to rethink that 😦😑 lol My problem is I’m eating a lot of junk and eating regular food. I’ve been trying to cut back on the junk. Apparently that enough 😅 Oh on a positive note; I did 120 squats yesterday! 🎉 😁
70.7 kg Lost so far: 24.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Rosio that is very true. I was looking at my log for the past week or so and I’ve been eating a lot of fast food! I didn’t realize how many days it’s been. I must meal prep 🙃 That should help 👍 I also noticed that none of my foods were logged on Friday!!! 🤯🤯 Don’t know what happened!

I couldn’t refrain from getting on my new beautiful sleek scale.....stupid stupid move JC!! Yea don’t ever get on right after surgery. 😩😩

Oh no Mama! Don’t get discouraged! It will work it’s self out with just a little time. And plus side you won’t even have to do anything extra for it to go back down. Just eat lots of vitamin rich foods so you’ll heal proper 🙏🏻 Praying for a speedy recovery!

Weight is everything from our bodies, clothes, 💩, undigested food, an extra foot on the scale, water, and since you just had surgery I’m sure your body is still healing and holding onto more water than usual. Rest up! 💕💕💕

Very true. My belly is so distended but I’m down 5 lbs from getting on earlier. I’m not getting on again lol😂💕

Jomama777- I don’t know what kind of surgery you had, but typically during the case you end up getting quite a bit of IV fluid since you were probably NPO for quite a while pre-op. It will take a few days for your body to equilibrate.

I had a RA total hysterectomy with bilateral removal of Fallopian tubes and a cystoscope
