While still in the plateau range, it is a nice drop. I felt very good about my breakfast yesterday and my other meals were good too. I was at the right level of fueled and satisfied.
The Noom program changed from a daily to a weekly weigh in requirement. It's an optional change and I do like seeing the progression of the weight loss graph so I will continue with the daily. it's like watching the daily stock market changes of the stock you've invested.
So, continue the program and ensure I eat breakfast!
