Holding pattern..week one. This has been an intense week work wise... with highs and lows... grateful for the work for sure. But stress has messed with my eating. I have had difficulty getting my water in. In particular..dinner was a challenge. Many times I was too tired to even think about it.. so it was real haphazard. I also started adding some carbs in... some berries, catalope, nuts...and my new best friend..hulled sunflower seeds. So i wonder how much of the holding is due to those additions. NOT discouraged.
