Today was bad, because my friends wanted to celebrate my bday. So i drank mojitos and they cooked me dinner and bought me a bday cupcake. :)

Today wasn't bad at all... Today was your birthday, happy birthday by the way! And so you had a day where you lived your life, no biggie. Tomorrow is not your birthday so you'll get back on the grind... But birthdays are meant to be celebrated. Afterall life is about living! Mojitos and cupcakes is how I would want to spend my bday too

lol, thanks, I guess my biggest fear is that when I allow myself to cheat that I am going to fall off the wagon, but what helps me stay focused is that because I understand this is a lifestyle change, while there may be setbacks, there is not really much room for failure, because it only means I will constantly continue to try to get back on the wagon since it is a lifetime promise. But I am trying to get out of the habit of scolding myself for whatever setbacks and you are right. Mojitos and cupcakes, (and homemade chicken burritos by great attractive friends) were definitely a great way to spend my bday.
