OH... MY... GOD...
My urge to order pizza for dinner, may over come me... I didn't have enough snacks today. SO now I just want ANYTHING and quickly... I'm sure I can talk hubby into it.. But then I'll be soooo mad at myself... I need some mixed nuts.. And a ciggie..

Step away from the pizza delivery menu!!
Drink a pint of water, eat some nuts & brush your teeth. Then go to bed (with or without hubby!) for an early night!!

Have hubby run to SUBWAY and pick up sandwiches for him and a nice salad for you (they turn any sandwich into a salad). Its fast, easy and you stay on track. Make sure to always carry a healthy snack in your purse and/or glove box of your car. I carry a small bag of nuts in my purse, they are also easy to buy at any gas station/convenience store.. or a V8 juice. Good luck, I hope the pizza hasn't been ordered. You are doing so good, you don't want to mess it up now

This is a stick up.... drop the phone, you are NOT CALLING for PIZZA! Go to the store and get a roasted chicken and dive into the breast!! You are NOT going to sabotage your hard work now, so don't even think about it! Go get a V8 and chug it down, now! It'll help stave off the cravings!!! NO PIZZA!!!

If I can resist, so can you, no pizza! Mc**nalds has a couple good salads you can to go, as well. Besides sounds like bully mean it, would want to mess with her :)
