Popcorners kettle corn flavor are the Devil!!! So good and addictive but they are killing all my efforts. I’ve been gluten free for months now trying to address the Crohn’s disease. Seems to be working....just getting fat again uggh.

I cannot tolerate popcorn any more. I love it but my digestive system fights it every step of the way. You're so lucky that you can eat it. Moderation in all things is a good mantra.

No no...it’s not popcorn per se. It is baked puffed corn but no hulls. It’s delicious, gluten free, and very digestible.
