I rocked the hike! We started at the wrong spot, so 1.6 miles turned into 2 miles. My new shoes were da bomb! 😁
I got Gravity Defyer hiking shoes. Yesterday was the first time I wore the hiking shoes. And I had no foot pain what so ever! I did 12,000 steps yesterday, & that would usually almost hobble me by step 6000-7000, but I was still dancing around the house last night before bed.
After the hike, we went to lunch/dinner & got a coffee for dessert and the long drive home.
I stuck to my OMAD, while exercising, with no issues.
What an awesome day! I felt so strong. I was worried about exercising while in a fast. I should not have bothered, I kept up with my younger friend 95% of the time. The hills got me sometimes but not horribly. Just a great day!
Yesterday was my high calorie day, and today is my Spike day. E and I are going to see his grandfather, then go to a big lunch and possibly a movie. I might OMAD or 16:8. I will probably have to 16:8 to get my Spike on and I am ok with that!
