Minggu lalu bukber, bingung makan apa akhirnya pesen ini tapi hati dagdigdug mikirin kalori 😅 Bismillah semoga ngga surplus kalori 😅 (mashed potato cm sanggup makan 1) Tapi alhamdulillah pas nimbang minggu ini, turun 1.7kg
