Congratulations! I was starving my first week on Jenny Craig so you're way ahead of me. Jenny Craig consultants tend to dance around the subject of alcohol and I'm not sure why. I finally got mine to commit and here's the story. No alcohol at all is ideal for the entire time you're doing Jenny Craig. Alcohol inhibits weight loss for up to three days after you drink it, so it's really destructive as a dieting tool. However, once you reach your halfway point, they say you can have a drink here about once a week and you count it as 1 starch AND 1 fat serving. Meaning, it takes over quite a bit of your food for the day. 2 Beers would be somewhat out of the question this early in the program, I'm afraid. I love wine so I relate! I haven't had any for 2 months!
