I’m trying to replace my daily coffee with dandelion root tea. It’s not easy. But I retain fluid almost every time I drink coffee. These last couple days have been hard. But I am trying to remember the reason behind my efforts. I don’t want to continue retaining so much fluid because I know that can become very serious.
