Checking in -- busy morning a work and now it has slowed down a bit. Have a *first date* dinner date this evening. Should be interesting - actually he seems like a very nice guy but I don't pin much hope on these things, lol.
Had a pumpkin MIM for breakfast, a simple salad w/crunchy veggies and a boiled egg for lunch -- checked out the menu of the restaurant we're meeting at and know what I'm ordering already and have it logged. Feeling in control. Missing some of my non-induction faves but like the feeling that I am in control. My head is certainly feeling *back in the game*.
