I ate waaaaay too many rich foods yesterday for Mother's Day:( It wasn't good for me to eat that, and now, I have to work extra hard at getting that 0.8 pounds off that I got off yesterday...It isn't a good thing. I ate cake. I ate garlic bread. I ate dry garlic ribs. I ate Jalepino poppers....GOD! Thinking about it now, I am not surprized I didn't go up any more! I have also been worrying a lot about my mom lately. She didn't look very good last night when I saw her. She was very pale and her eyes had dark circles under them. I know that when she and dad have been doing her at home dialysis lately, there have been a few scares. I guess her tubing has gotten clogged and dad has gotten really worried. Mom had a stroke several years ago and now, we always have to watch that she doesn't get a blood clot because she could have another stroke. It isn't good..... Any way, I just worry is all. I just worry about a lot of things. But as far as my health, I will keep plugging away...........
