Well, I fell off the wagon for two weeks. Once again, it was because I got scared of the scale instead of seeing it as what it is: nothing but data. I weigh what I weigh. I need to take the fear out of this process. Two weeks of self-indulgence later, I’ve only gained about two pounds, so all that panic was for nothing. I was convinced I had gained ten! It’s all so delusional and silly. I need to just calm down and get on with it. Anyway. I’m back! New goal: To see 169 by my birthday, which is next Friday. I can do that.
