Finally! My strength is back,too. I enjoy weight training at gym. I should do more cardio. One day at the time. 10 or 15lb more by end of July... i hope i can do it..
85.9 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 85.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
