Started a new diet and it is working well. It is called the NO S Diet. I only eat three meals a day...no sweets, no snacks and no seconds but on weekends I can eat anything I want. If I can lose a little each week then I am happy. I believe it is the first time I am not constantly thinking about food. I am trying it for 2 months. You don't lose fast but slow and steady always wins the race! I am happy with a one pound loss this week!
