I really struggling to start back eating healthy ! Have not started exercising yet !

You will get there. A short walk, spring clean the house etc exercise is not all about pumping iron lol its just about moving more than we used to :)

That's great news. I slipped the past couple of days and missed my exercise but started again today :)
