Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th! I did not weigh in today as I am very puffy-must be retaining water. Had some goldfish crackers over the weekend...that's about the extent of my being off track. Finaly the sun is shinning here. It's supposed to be 95 for the rest of the week-talk about going from one extreme to another. It was only 68 here yesterday!! ~Happy Tuesday
