Woke at 235.0, up 2.2 after a calorie surplus day with plenty of late carbs. Fasting today. UPDATE: Good day of work but started with a funeral for a co-worker. She was a dear person who was a hard core runner and dieter. Only 56. But she had a rare genetic condition nobody saw until December. I really liked Charmaine and so did everyone else. It was truly a celebration of life, and a reminder to be nice to one another while you can. Weighed 233.8 walking in the door.
