Breakfast was steak and eggs, my first time ever eating that. Delicious, but too much. Lunch was after the burial of my brother in law who died Tuesday. Of course there was tons of food, and I ate well (properly keto) until my cousin sat dotem next to me with chocolate cake and two forks. This was my first big fail in many weeks, and I blame it all on Kathleen. Super is a handful of almonds, and tomorrow I'll be back on track.
