Good morning all! I'm down a few pounds when I weighed myself this morning so apparently whatever I did yesterday seems to work for me. Protein drinks for breakfast and lunch and steak with lots of roasted veggies for dinner.
My first goal is to see the 100s again after being over 200 for awhile now. I have 25 pounds to go yet. I'm so excited and just love when dieting shows on the scale and pays off. We just got a gym membership a couple days ago and I will be working out a few times a week in addition to dieting. I haven't worked out in over 5 years so this is relatively new for me. I will be taking before and after pics and measurements. 199.9 seems obtainable to me atm and I can't wait!!
