Ihave had 1 week off. I lost pounds in my week off, but not as fast as before. I waited until I appeared to plateau, and then I am going to start the next week of my diet. My half way point is July 10. I am hoping to lose enough that I can ease up a bit on my last month. That would require me losing 8lb this week. I've done it before.
My secret is simple.
1. I eat a minimum of 3 cups of the soup, usually at night 2. I eat breakfast 3. I exercise 4. I drink a minimum of 2 bottles of water a day, and at least 1 tea. 5. I am doing a detox at the same time. 6. I do not eat a real meal. Instead, I graze through the day whenver I feel hungry...even if that means munching 6 - 8 times a day.
