January 1st tuesday
i have binged 4 days in a row including today i am going to allow myself and not go to the gym tomorrow and go and get my legs waxed and try and pamper myself and buy myself something because i feel like shit and my belly hurts , and then on thursday friday and saturday i will go in . then next week i will go from monday - friday . i am also not smoking anymore aswell as from tomorrow .
i will eat around 1200 calories a day on days that i dont move one muscle because thats how much much i burn naturally , and on days i go to the gym i will eat 1700 and burn off 600 with one hour cardio at the gym then it will be as if ive only eaten 1100 calories which will leave me with 100-200 deficit a day which is not a lot but ive already lost all the weight i just need to tone up now and i made the mistake of doing just cardio without weights when i started loosing it and now im like skinny but not toned with a belly :( I WILL keep this up for this whole month starting from tomorrow !!
