ada yg ngmong ktnya diet tpi ko mkannya bnyak??
Sya diet gk brsa lgi diet,diet sya enak ko appun bsa dimakan yg pnting ttap jga kalori.. klo diet untuk nhan laper itu nmanya nyiksa diri mak yg ada mlah stres bb gk trun2 ntar :D
