Huh, I eat them a lot, as well as lentils. Who knew. So...I'm telling myself to eat me? LOL Sorry, I just couldn't resist.

If anyone is in Northern Oklahoma I’m sure we will have plenty of yellow squash and green zucchini this summer. One plant each is too much for my family. I’d be happy to share if anyone is close.

Peeperjj: I am in Kansas - too far away, but I would sure take you up on the Zucchini's! I never get enough during the summer, but it's too hot for me to be a farmer!

Bobi, if I’m honest, hubby does most of the work lol. I help plant, water and pick. He does most of the watering and all of the weeding. He can be particular about his garden and I don’t like getting yelled at or the dirty look when I do it my way instead lol. We have family in Kansas. Syracuse, Iola and Wichita areas. One family moved back here though. That is too far to drive even if you lived just across the state line. It’s been awhile but I think we are just over 2 hours from ark city. Check at your local grocery store. I recently saw some at cash saver and Walmart. Earlier than I expected and Walmart had a ton of it. They won’t keep it in all summer but for now they have some.
