Well I seem to have lost a fair bit of weight over the last week, although I suspect a lot of that was water (plus I had my period!)
The hot lemon water is amazing, I feel so great afterwards, not sluggish but hyper after I've had a coffee with milk. Cutting out the dairy has been hard, but I feel much better without it.
I am having a lot of trouble finding Cranberry juice without added sugar where I live though!
I did have one weak moment last week where my son and I were baking muffins and I ate half of one, but I immediately regretted it. I felt so weird afterwards and my body went into some kind of shock so I had to have a nap! Now I definitely know that white flour and sugar trigger some kind of coma in me. Will watch out for those from now on.

Do you have a Trader Joe's near you? They have pure cranberry juice with nothing added at a REALLY reasonable price (I made the mistake of going into Whole Foods instead the other day...OMG they are so pricey!)

Today my 3 year old was eating some jelly bellies he found in big sister's party bag and for a minute I was going to grab a handful...SO glad I resisted!

No, I live in Paris! Even though it's the land of food, it's really hard to find some things here, but I finally did get my hands on some unsweetened cranberry juice. And you're better than me though, my son was eating Malteasers the other day and I ate some of them, having children around is the worst for a diet because you can never hide from their food.
