With my weight flip-flopping up and down so much over the last two weeks... I decided to give myself a break. I enjoyed this long weekend. I didn't go completely overboard but I didn't obsess about counting or fasting or anything other than just relaxing and enjoying the 4-day weekend. Back to focus from tomorrow: counting, fasting, low-carb - the works... I'll weigh-in again on Friday and see what's happening.
