Ugh. That weigh in was painful. I reached out to my dietitian. Been struggling lately. Today is a new day and that number will be a part of my past very soon. This is from the Inbody 770 at work. I did workout this morning. I woke up early and studied then did some cardio. Now some eats and 🏋🏽‍♀️. Could use some cheerleaders!
