I'm down a little bit from last week, 0.2 pounds. I was actually a whole pound down midweek, but I think the late week high sodium diet got me. The hot link from Smitty's BBQ was delicious, though! I didn't check in yesterday for the end of week 7 Swimsuit Slowdown because the site claims that I have until the end of Saturday to check in for the previous week. It lies!
I'm still very encouraged by my progress. I had thought when I started my weight loss program that my goal may be overly ambitious. I know I have more muscle, but can see where I still have fat I would like to lose. The diet isn't that difficult. The exercise is fun. I can do this!
I still need to work on more fiber in the diet. Life has been a bit chaotic recently, which has made me lose site of that goal.

The Swimsuit Slimdown week runs from Friday mornings through Thursday nights. You can report up until midnight on FRIDAY night. The site was, indeed, wrong if it said Saturday night! No problem, I follow your weight every time you post it, anyway. Be sure you get your weight in at the end of THIS week #8 though, because it will mark the 2/3 point in the challenge. Great job! Keep up the good work!
