Back down to pre peak week weight. Gym was tough. I am back to the 1200 calorie "bacon" diet. I have had a little extra calories.... some sourdough toast.... quest bars....Adkins treats.
Leg press - 180# Reverse Flyes - 45#, last few sets 40# Crunches - 65# Pull downs (shoulders) - 70# Did 20 reps, at least 8 sets lost count!
