I have been on a diet for about a month. I have lost 24 lbs and two inches off my waist. I have cut out all sugar, and salt, and drink nothing but water and coffee. I eat eggs, salad, and baked chicken with frozen vegs. I seem to have come to a halt in losing weight and I don't know why. I am doing all the same things I have been doing. I work out with a video most nights, but probably not enough. I feel like I am getting frustrated with it.
