I have been in the green and at a healthy weight for 10 days! I realized today after looking back at old jornals that I get really excited for these big milestones but I never seem to enjoy them it's always just onto the next one. So I just wanted to reminde myself that I am no longer overweight. Ahhhhh it feels good!
